How to get the Perfect Beah Waves

How To Get the Perfect Beach Waves

Hello!
So we all want that gorgeous beach messy hair that we see on all those beautiful models and artists, but is it even possible to get such nice hair? Well, of course it is we just have to learn to use the right tools. When we don't use the correct products we end up with frizzy, lion hair which we don't want.... unless that's what you were going for. So here are a few tips that you can follow to get that gorgeous beach waves hair. : D

• Ok, so if you already have that wavy hair, but its either too frizzy or just flat,  try adding in some sea salt spray. Sea salt spray is very important, it adds texture and gives that messy beach wave. It will look as if you were just at the beach getting that sea mist, when in reality all you did was add a couple of sprays.

• But if don't have any sea salt spray? No need to worry, here is one that you cam make at home:
In a clean squirt bottle add
1 cup of  hot water, 1 Tablespoon of Salt, and 2 Tablespoons of sugar
........... sounds weird right? Put all three ingredients into the squirt bottle and shake well, spritz hair with it. I usually do it on dry hair, but it works on slightly damp too. Remember to start with only a few spritz is easier to add and build up the product, then to subtract product from hair. Add as needed. It will feel a bit sticky at first, but scrunch the hair a bit and as it dries it will feel better.

• If you want a bit more defined weaves, use a 1 in barrel and slightly curl some pieces in all directions.

• Now if you have very straight or fine hair, what you can try is using a very small barrel / curling iron (3\4 in) or (1\2 in) and curling your hair very tight at night sleep on it loose, by the morning the curls should have loosened up, at only a little bit of hair spray (too much may bring the waves down), or you can add a bit of texturizing spray.

I hope this tips help you achieve those gorgeous beach waves: D

Love You!!!

Small NY Color make up haul review!

Hi everyone!
How is everyone? : D
So since I can remember I have always been a fan of make up, however, I was always to afraid to try different looks or products, I was afraid it would look horrible and just did not want to step out of the comfort zone that I had put up. After  I started watching amazing beauty guru's such as the amazing Carli Bybel and Nicole Guerriero it inspired me to try new things and products.

A while ago,  I went shopping and saw NY Color cosmetics so I thought I would give some of the products a shot, and I must say I really liked them. Not only were they very affordable but many of the products were pretty good quality. So I have quickly become a NY Color cosmetics fan.

I went on a shopping haul and came back with a few new NY Color cosmetics that I had not tried here is the review of those 3 products. I hope you guys find this helpful!

 1) NY Color: City Proof Twistable Crayon in the color Nolita Neutral (010)
Everyone needs a pretty neutral color in there lip collection. I really liked this crayon lip color, not only is it very easy to apply; but its also a very beautiful neutral color. It has a very smooth feel and is not very matte but at the same time not to glossy. It is just in the middle of both. I love it because it can be applied over a bold color to bring it down or it can be worn by itself.

Rating: 8/10

2) NY Color: City Proof Twistable Crayon in the color South Ferry Berry (040)
This color is a beautiful red. Although it does have a bit of an orange undertone, it still looks very red and not very orange at all  . It glides on beautifully and stays on the lips for a long time. Also, like the nude, it is very easy to apply and has the same semi-glossy look to it. This color looks so beautiful and is very pigmented. Definitely a product I love.
Rate: 10/10

3) NY Color: Expert Last Lip Color (lipstick) in the color Red Flame (402)

This red lipstick is very beautiful. It has more of a matte finish compared to the lip crayons, but nevertheless, is still very pigmented. I really liked this one to, it glides on beautifully and stays much longer. This one however does have a more vivid orange/ peach undertone. It is not quite as red as the lip crayon but more of a red orange. It looks very pretty on many different skin tones.

Rate: 9/10

If you guys have any questions on the products please let me know.
Also I encourage everyone to go and check out some of my favorite make up gurus blogs.

Accepting Yourself

Hello Gorgeous Gents and Lady's,
So I'm sure that we have all gone through that phase where we just can't  seem to feel right with ourselves, we feel that need to change and become someone different. Truthfully, it can be hard sometimes to stop, look in the mirror and say, yes! I love my self and all my imperfections. However, accepting ourselves and our imperfections is one great step to being happy and truly beautiful inside and out. It is not easy to be confident about oneself,  but it can be done, throughout my blog I will be posting tips that can help accomplish this confidence and true inner and outer beauty.

Tip #2: Recognize NO one is perfect.
